I’m an Illustrator based in Worcester and use both a 3D and 2D medium to show the beauty of the World.
Hi!
My name is Niamh and I am an Illustrator and set designer. I am passionate about drawing the world and use a variety of palettes and colours to capture ‘life in the moment’.
I also love to experiment with model making and set design. You can regularly find me playing around with clay, paper and card, creating sets and puppets, which I then use for stop motion animation. I like to incorporate 3D work into my illustration pieces by using tunnel box techniques. These enable me to create a sense of depth whilst letting the viewer inhabit and feel around the space.
I am heavily inspired by artists such as Ann-Sophi Digsmed and Kezia Hulse. For my 3D work I love films made by Wes Anderson and Nick Park.
I currently sell my botanical work and host workshops in watercolour painting at Plantamamita, a plant shop in Worcester!
